Marketing that actually gets done every week
Posts written and scheduled, comments answered, emails sent and leads followed up. A VA keeps your marketing ticking over while you run the business.
What your VA can do
The marketing jobs that keep sliding to next week
Send your VA photos and rough ideas. They turn them into posts, emails and follow ups.
01
Social media posts
Content planned, written and scheduled for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
02
Comments and messages
Replies to comments and DMs, so enquiries don't sit there for days.
03
Email campaigns
Newsletters and offers built, sent and tracked, with your list kept tidy.
04
Lead follow up
New enquiries chased, quotes followed up and warm leads passed back to you.
05
Market research
What competitors are up to, what's working in your industry and where your work is coming from.
06
Monthly reporting
Simple numbers each month so you know what's working and what isn't.
Who it suits
Good fit if your socials have gone quiet
Most business owners know they should be posting and following up leads. The problem is time. A marketing VA makes it someone's actual job.
Trades and construction
Before and after job photos posted, Google reviews asked for and enquiries answered fast.
Professional services
LinkedIn posts, newsletters and event invites sent on schedule.
Startups and online businesses
Content calendars, launches and community management without a full time local hire.
How it works
From the first call to your VA's first day in a few weeks
1
We have a chat
We work out what to hand over, how many hours you need and which software your VA has to know.
2
We find the right people
Skills tests, an English check, reference checks and an interview. You meet the best two or three and pick.
3
We set them up
Your VA is logged into your systems with written processes before day one.
4
We stay involved
Regular check ins, and a free replacement if it's not working out in the first 90 days.
Marketing support questions
Do I have to come up with the content?
Not all of it. Most clients send photos and rough ideas and the VA turns them into posts. Over time they get a feel for how you talk and need less from you.
Can a marketing VA run paid ads?
Some can help with basic ad setup and reporting. If ads are a big part of what you need, tell us on the call and we'll look for someone with that experience.
Do I need to approve everything before it goes out?
That's up to you. Plenty of clients check the first few weeks of posts, then let their VA run with it.
