Your VA Mate exists because our founder hired a Filipino VA, got his evenings back and watched two businesses grow. Now we set up the same thing for other business owners.
Our story
How it started
Ryan Grech is a licensed Master Plumber with more than ten years in the trade. He built and ran service teams across Melbourne, and for a while he was running a compliance business on the side as well.
The work was fine. The paperwork wasn't. Quotes got written at night, invoices got chased on weekends and the phone never stopped.
Then he hired a Filipino virtual assistant. That was Kris. Both businesses started running smoother and growing faster, and Ryan finally had time for his family again.
Your VA Mate is that same setup, done properly, for other business owners who are stuck where he was.

Kris started as Ryan's VA, which is how all of this began. With a background in team leadership, sales, marketing and PR, Kris now runs day to day operations and looks after every client and VA we place.
